House complex "Renaissance" is projected on a site limited  by Kasatkin and Telman streets of a Vahitovskiy district of Kazan. It consists of 4 houses, two of which (four-storeyed for 14 apartments with office premises and five-storeyed for 6 apartments with office premises) are already constructed and put in operation in 2005 and the two others are being projected. They are ten-storeyed for 32 apartments apartment house with two mansard floors, office premises and nine-eleven-storeyed for 80 apartments apartment house with parkings. Already constructed apartment houses on 15 and 15ą Kasatkin are designed in style of baroque palace architecture of the ÕVIII century with use of such decorative elements as semicolumns, niches, sculptures that creates rich plastic character of facades and  light effects strengthening an impression of buildings. The nine-eleven-storeyed apartment house on Telman street which is being projected is made in another architectural direction – in style of civil architecture of the period of eclecticism. The decorative elements which are represented on all three above-named buildings of the complex are used in the design of its facades, giving to the building the logical performance, in our opinion. This allowed us to name the represented complex "Renaissance". Projected ten-storeyed house on Kasatkin street is made in other style direction of the ÕVIII - ÕIÕ centuries which is conventionally designated as “neogothic style” or “pseudo-Gothic” where the basis is provided by the imitation of samples of architecture of gothic style with romantic idealisation of the Middle Ages. But for all that everything is made on the base of modern technologies and materials. The elements of this style used on the facade are: lancet arches, buttresses, huge windows, the decorative ornament based on vegetative motives.
