Whatever Kazan a person can see in this or that way the main attention will be fixed on the quay of Kazanka, on the high bank, over which the ancient Kremlin soars.
The panorama opening at entrance to the city has already formed, but from the town-planning point of view there is also not less important panorama from the quay of Kazanka river. The quay of Kazanka river, crowning with the ensemble of the Kazan Kremlin, for a long time represented the extended space with low shabby buildings with few solitary modern buildings. The main core of the offered design is the square built up with trade and office buildings of different height. The boulevard passing on its axis connects the square with the quay. A pier with the multipurpose entertaining complex placed on it and the walking path leading out to a fountain on Kazanka river is planned as a finishing point of the composition.
