House complex
"Palace Quay"
In 2006 the firm started the realization of an interesting project - the construction of a house complex "Palace Quay" on the quay of Kazanka river in the very centre of the ancient city, near the Kazan Kremlin. The house complex continues a panorama of a complex of monuments of the Kazan Kremlin and will present Kazan a new sight adding charm to the ancient city. In this way masters of the firm contribute their mite to the forming of a new look of Kazan.

The elite house complex in the centre of Kazan on Kasatkin street has been constructed by the millenium of the city in 2005. The exterior of the buildings is executed in style of French palace architecture of the XVII-XVIII centuries, and the neighbourhood with the Kazan town hall and the Tatar academic state opera and ballet theatre of M.Dzhalil underlines an appropriateness of an occurrence of the complex near to one of the city´s squares. The monumental kind of an external shape of the building, decorated with numerous architectural elements and sculptural compositions, gives solemnity and splendour to an external facade.
Private residence in Baku
The history of creation of a palace began in 2001. It was necessary to erect a private residence in classical style with oriental elements in a prestigious district of Baku. The palace was to stand out effectively against a background of nearby buildings thanks to the beauty and elegance of architectural forms rather than its sizes. The individual building always demands especially careful attitude from the executor, therefore all wishes of the customer were accepted at work on the palace project. Considering climatic conditions of a place of the construction of the private residences, it was initially planned the considerable quantity of open terraces which gave to the palace a special character and at the same time served as a favourite vacation spot for owners and their visitors.
Mansion-house "Beljaevskiy"
The beginning of the 90-es was marked by an active individual building in a city of Kazan and in its suburb. However against a background of the building boom it had not been still developed any certain style or any approach in this direction. Probably everyone who built a house for himself relied only on his own taste, not reflecting about the beauty of architectural forms and not asking experts. The idea to construct not ordinary, stylish country house was born among this monotonous and featureless construction. So, in 1993 there appeared a mansion-house in a picturesque forest in a suburb of Kazan. Firm founders put all their skill into this project.
