Mansion-house "Beljaevskiy"

The beginning of the 90-ties  was marked by an active individual building in a city of Kazan and in its suburb. However against a background of the building boom it had not been still developed any certain style or any approach in this direction. Probably everyone who built a house for himself relied only on his own taste, not reflecting about the beauty of architectural forms and not asking experts. The idea to construct not ordinary, stylish country house was born among this monotonous and featureless construction. So, in 1993 there appeared a mansion-house in a picturesque forest in a suburb of Kazan. Firm founders put all their skill into this project.
