Elite residential complex in Kazan

It occurred to the firm architects to construct a house in classical style in the city centre as back as the late nineties. The administration of a city of Kazan, keeping in mind the firm’s works in the Kazan Kremlin and in city streets, gave the area, and in 2002 the building was begun. The house is located  on Kasatkin street, in a silent, respectable area of a historical city centre of Kazan, near to a building of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The ex-terrier of a building is executed in style of classicism and has two architectural samples, such as external and internal facades. The monumental kind of external shape of the building, decorated with numerous architectural elements and sculptural compositions, gives solemnity and splendour to an external facade. The internal facade of the house corresponds to its function. It is a dwelling house, therefore its internal image is more chamber. At house building on 15 Kasatkin all arsenal of means and technologies saved up for years of work was applied. All works from the project to an embodiment, excepting only round sculptures, have been executed by masters of the firm. Architects have paid attention not only to the beauty of a facade, but also have whenever possible created extra benefits for tenants: the fitting height of ceilings (3,65), the big area of apartments (from 180 to 350 sq.), wide windows, etc. There are both single-level and two-level apartments in the house.
