Considering climatic conditions of a place of the construction of the private residences, it was initially planned the considerable quantity of open terraces which gave to the palace a special character and at the same time served as a favourite vacation spot for owners and their visitors.

It took two years of hard work to realize this project. In the course of a palace construction new technologies have been developed and experts of the highest class were involved. Building furnish supposed a considerable quantity of decorative elements from the marble, some of them were too large and expensive to be made of natural stone. Therefore in the process of building there was invented the technology to manufacture the products from artificial marble whose appearance and durability do not concede to the natural. The building includes four big terraces located in its different parts on the first and the second floors. Palace terraces have great number of entries from different rooms. Various ladders connect terraces of the palace with surrounding park and serve as its additional ornament.
