Draft design of dwelling complex "Forest palace"
In a thicket of the relic pine wood which reliably protecting from the noise of city vanity, there is the «Forest palace» named projected dwelling complex located. That name has been chosen because harmony of classical architecture of XIX century organically supplements harmony of a natural wood landscape.
The comfort of residing in a country dwelling complex is harmoniously combined with surrounding wood landscape. Wood itself is park for residents and their visitors. It is supposed to create a network of foot walking paths in it with zones for rest where it will possible to sit and admire the nature. There is a wood lake in several steps from a dwelling complex located.
The complex consists of three apartment houses placed on the general pedestal. The pedestal consists of 4 levels: one elevated and three underground. At the first level there are public zones located. At the second level - parking places for visitors, at the third and fourth underground levels - parkings for tenants. On the top terrace of a pedestal there is a park for tenants of a complex.

The office block projected on a turning site on Telman street, Vahitovskiy district, Kazan and the shape of the plan repeats the curvature lines of the street.
Projected 8-storeyed building is executed in style of the end of the ÕVIII - beginning of the ÕIÕ centuries, which is designated as "neogothic style" or "pseudo-Gothic" where the basis is provided by the imitation of samples of architecture of gothic style with romantic idealisation of the Middle Ages. But for all that everything is made on the base of modern technologies and materials. The elements of this style used on the front are: lancet arches, buttresses, huge windows, the decorative ornament based on vegetative motives.
Architecturally-spatial composition almost repeats the building of the 10-storeyed apartment house, projected for the housing complex «Renaissance» along Kasatkin-Telman street, which will give an opportunity to create a stylistic unity with the given complex.

Projected 3-storeyed apartment house is executed in style of civil architecture of the period of eclecticism. Numerous decorative elements, columns, an arcade, a highly artistic stucco moulding are used in the architectural solution of facades. They enrich the plastic of facades and create light effects strengthening an impression of the building.

Numerous decorative elements, semicolumns, niches, sculptures are used in the architectural solution of facades. They enrich the plastic of facades and create light effects strengthening an impression of the building.

The apartment house is located at the intersection of Mushtari and Schapova streets in Vahitovskiy district of Kazan.
